Frequently Asked Questions

what do you paint with?

alcohol ink, occasionally mixed with acrylics.

what do you paint on?

anything I can get my hands on. yupo paper is the gold standard, but I like to use a variety of synthetic papers, plastic, inkboards, clayboards, gessoboards, canvas, and ceramic.

no rules, baby.

what do you finish your pieces with?

epoxy resin. I’m a brand ambassador for Art n’ glow resin, and you can use my link and the code “JENNYJ” for 15% off your purchase.

do you take commission requests?

yes! i do custom pieces all the time. send me an email and we’ll hash out the details.

do you have any tutorials?

not yet, but I’m working on a youtube channel. turns out video editing is hard, time-consuming, and i am bad at it.

how long will shipping take?

i try to ship out pieces within 2 business days, but larger pieces may take me an extra day to pack (please be gentle - i work two jobs and do this entirely on my own). when the item ships, you will receive an email with the usps tracking number and Estimated arrival date. if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to email me!

I’m local - do I need to pay for shipping?

nope! if you are within a 30 mi radius of me, I will deliver the art to your house. select the “local delivery” option during checkout. I will email you to arrange a drop off time and confirm receipt.

how do I hang this artwork on the wall?

if you received a piece with a cradled back, hang it on at least two level, heavy duty nails or screws (with drywall anchors if hanging on drywall). It will sit flush against the walls on the nails. If you received a piece with a keyhole in the back, slip the keyhole over a single heavy duty nail/screw (with drywall anchor if needed).

how do I clean the artwork i received?

resin is prone to fingerprints, so use a soft microfiber cloth with soap and water or windex to clean your piece.

is there a way to support you without purchasing your art?

definitely. follow me on social media, share the links with your friends, or buy me a coffee instead! I appreciate any support - big or small.
